§ 12.04.310. Authorization of the Director of Public Safety to order removal of obstruction.

(a)

The Director of Public Safety is authorized to order any article or thing whatsoever which may encumber or obstruct any street, alley or other public place to be removed.

(b)

Such article or thing shall be removed within one (1) day after notice to the owner thereof or his or her agent to remove the same or cause the same to be removed to some suitable place.
