§ 2.40.340. Death of a vested member before normal retirement date.

In the event that a vested member dies prior to his or her normal retirement date, there shall be paid to the beneficiary designated by him or her, if living, otherwise to his or her estate, the amount of the member's contributions plus earnings thereon, together with the amount of the City's contribution plus its earnings.
