§ 2.40.430. Limitation on depletion of Police Pension Fund.

The Policemen's Pension Fund shall not be depleted by payment of pensions and allowances, to less than an amount equal to the total contributions, plus three and one-half percent (3½%) per year thereon, contributed by policemen currently contributing to the fund.
