(a)

La Junta Capital, Inc., is a nonprofit corporation organized under the laws of the State pursuant to the Colorado Non-Profit Corporation Act.

(b)

The Articles of Incorporation of La Junta Capital, Inc., require that the members of La Junta Capital, Inc., be appointed by the City Council.
