§ 2.48.030. Rules of procedure.

Latest version.

For any matter initiated by the issuance of a summons or summons and complaint, the procedure of the Municipal Court shall be in accordance with the Municipal Court Rules of Procedure as promulgated by the Colorado Supreme Court. For any civil action filed in the Municipal Court, the procedure of the Municipal Court shall be in accordance with the Colorado Rules of Civil Procedure as promulgated by the Colorado Supreme Court.
