§ 2.53.080. Annual report to City Council.

On an annual basis, the Board shall report the following to the City Council:
(1)

Number of persons served;

(2)

Recommendations, if any, concerning the operation of a local community senior citizens facility;

(3)

Recommendations, if any, concerning the use of entities in which the City may contract with regard to the operation of a local community senior citizens facility;

(4)

Recommendations, if any, concerning procedures, guidelines and other matters associated with the operation of a local community senior citizens facility.
