§ 2.56.050. Funds deposited.

Upon receiving funds pursuant to court orders in public nuisance abatement actions, the Police Department shall deliver such funds to the Finance Director for deposit in the Special Investigation Account. Any interest which accrues from the deposit of funds in the Special Investigation Account shall be retained in such account.
