§ 2.60.020. Members.

The Mayor shall appoint, with the approval of a majority of the City Council, five (5) members to the Board. The term of the office of two (2) of the Board Members so appointed shall expire on the first Monday in January, 1995; the term of office of two (2) of the Board Members so appointed shall expire on the first Monday in January 1996; and the term of office of the other Board Member so appointed shall expire on the first Monday in January 1997. Each year thereafter there shall be appointed, in similar fashion, a Board Member to fill the expiring terms. The new term of each appointee appointed in 1995 and thereafter shall be for a term of three (3) years.
