§ 2.60.075. Noninterference.

Except as provided in Section 2.60.050, neither the Board nor any of its members shall direct or request that it take part in the employment or removal of any employees of the library in the administrative service of the City. Violation of any provision of this Section by a member of the Board shall constitute misconduct and shall be punishable in such a manner as may be at the direction of the members of the City Council.
