§ 2.49.052. Surcharge funds.

The Clerk of the Municipal Court shall turn over the moving violation surcharge funds to the City Finance Officer, and the City Finance Officer shall make the funds available for use only as set forth in Section 1.08.013 of this Chapter and only as budgeted by the City Council as required by law.
