§ 9.08.430. Failure of licensee to immediately report.

From and after the effective date of the ordinance codified in this Section and Section 9.08.440, it is unlawful for any licensee of any premises in the City, licensed to sell either intoxicating liquors or fermented malt beverages by the drink, to fail to immediately report or cause to be immediately reported to the Police Department, any fight, disturbance or other breach of the peace happening in or on the licensed premises.
