§ 2.40.490. Administration of paid Firemen's Pension Fund.

The paid Firemen's Pension Fund shall, subject to the limitations provided in Sections 2.40.450 through 2.40.490, be managed, administered, used and disbursed under the direction of the existing Board of Trustees of the Firemen's Pension Fund.
