§ 2.60.030. Filling vacancies.

The Board Members shall serve as members of the Board without compensation. Each member shall serve until his or her successor is duly appointed as provided in Section 2.60.020 above. Any vacancy occurring in the membership of the Board shall be filled in accordance with the procedures set forth in Section 2.60.020 and the Mayor shall appoint a successor to fill the vacancy and to serve for the balance of the unexpired term.
